When you decide to register your child at Safa School, please complete our registration form.
The Dubai Ministry of Education decrees that ALL the following documents must be submitted to the school BEFORE ENTRY.
Please therefore ensure that the following information is provided when you complete the application for your child. Your child’s application may not be fully processed unless we have received these documents.
| 1 | 2 copies of child’s birth certificate – if not in English a certified translation must be supplied |
| 2 | 2 Copies of both father’s/sponsor’s and child’s passport with residence visa* please see below if visa has not yet been issued |
| 3 | Copy of last school report |
| 4 | For children transferring schools from within UAE or GCC countries, an Arabic Transfer Certificate from the child’s present school is required. This must be stamped by the present school and by the Ministry of Education in the Emirate/GCC country which you are leaving. For children coming from outside the UAE and GCC the following is required: A Transfer Letter prepared by the child’s present school. This letter must state: the period of attendance noting start and leaving dates, the class/grade your child was in when he/she left the school, the class/grade that your child would have progressed to in the next term/academic year.
